Preferred Properties is pleased to announce our Free Home Inspection for buyers. Conducted by an independent construction consultant, your building analysis will include a summary report of non-operational systems, including the electrical system, the plumbing, mechanical items, roof leaks and other major deficiencies. It makes recommendations regarding major repairs, along with areas which may require work withing the next five years.

The inspector will examine the structural integrity of the building, the basement and under-floor crawl space, the heating and cooling systems, the plumbing (including the condition of the floors around the fixtures), the electrical system, the kitchen and appliances, the interior, the attic, the roofing and the exterior. The inspector will even give a report on the grounds and yard.
